Refund Policy

Please review our service and cancellation policy before booking your appointment.

Extension Hair Refund Policy

All extension hair purchases are final sale and nonrefundable due to hygiene and sanitation standards. Refunds or replacements will only be considered in the event of a verified manufacturer or quality issue with the hair itself. Any concerns regarding hair quality must be reported within 7 days of installation and before any chemical alteration or modification has been performed.

Once extension hair has been cut, colored, toned, chemically processed, or altered in any way, all sales become completely nonrefundable and nonexchangeable.

Studio Mane Hair Co. is not responsible for issues resulting from improper home care, use of non-professional products, hard water, excessive heat, chlorine, salt water exposure, or failure to follow aftercare instructions provided during consultation and installation.

By purchasing extension hair and proceeding with installation, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.

Service Policy

All services are final sale. No refunds will be issued once a service has been completed. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied toward a rescheduled appointment with proper notice. Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 to 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of deposit.

If there is an issue with your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assess and make reasonable adjustments if needed.
